"Despite confirmed reservations for two rooms confirmed by Expedia hotel claimed that they have no rooms. This was a disaster. I believe Expedia has to take action against this hotel. It is not serious and not good for Expedia."

"When I arrived they told me they were not working with cheap hotels online. They refused my reservation. They had rooms, but wanted to increase the price by 50 percent more than what I had booked. I called the taxi service to come and get me. I didn’t stay there and I never will."

No closet in the room and no hangers for cloths.Moreover, they charged twice in the Resturant and I called them 3 times and explained to them the situation but they did nothing. Every time they promised to call me back but they did not."

"The 2 Friends Guest House in Jinja, Uganda is quite lovely. The staff and security guards are very kind & hospitable. The area felt very safe and is walkable to town. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym is above average and the pool is quite refreshing. I was able to enjoy breakfast before departing for the day. The front desk staff also helped to book me a shuttle return back to Entebbe. I highly recommend the 2 Friends Guest House if you’re visiting Jinja."
