Great for an overnight

We had an early morning hockey game near by so that it why we chose this location. The staff was really nice. The beds were comfortable. Great for two people. Because we arrived late and had to leave early we didn’t get to experience everything they had to offer, but we would totally stay here again.

FANTASTISK SERVICE! Vi blev kørt til stationen hver morgen og hentet igen om aftenen. I havde ikke købt mad til første aften, så ejeren kørte os til et supermarked hvor vi kunne handle ind. De mest smilende og venlige værter jeg til dato har oplevet. Kan kul anbefale dette sted! Har lyst til at tage til Nikko igen, blot for at have længere tid her. Derudover har man også privat Onsen, så man kan blive varmet op efter lange kolde dage :-)

Host amazing

Host amazing, onsens good, when you get to he station go to the information help desk and say your staying at the hotel they can get a free shuttle sent down to you. Saves and long walk up a very steep hill. Needs updating!

もう行かない

全体的に汚い。お風呂やトイレはカビだらけ。部屋に置いてあるソファも薄汚れていて、座りたくなかった。 朝食でオレンジジュースが置いてあり、友人がおかわりを頼んだらお金を請求された。メニューなど置いてあるわけでもなく、おかわりを頼んだ際に いくらです、と言われず、出された後にお金をいただくので、といわれ、とても不快でした。 露天風呂にシャワーが付いておらず（もちろんシャンプーなども）お風呂に入ろうと部屋を出てきたのに、なにもできずに出てきました。結局部屋の風呂で洗いました。二度手間。安く泊まれたのは良かったですが、もう行かないと思います。

素泊りだったが、風呂の手入れがもう少し出来ていたら良かったです。高台に有るので雪が降ると路面が凍結しチェーン無しでは辿り着けない。

臭いが、、

オーナーの対応は良かったです。 駅からは結構離れていて、ちょっとコンビニに行くなどは車がないといけません。 貸し切りのお風呂はシャワーがないので洗うのが大変です。 部屋のお風呂で洗っていってもいいのですが、排水の臭いがキツすぎてお風呂や洗面所に長く居る事が辛いです。 とにかく臭いがきつかったので、部屋に居ても感じるくらいです。 宿泊の料金がとてもリーズナブルで雰囲気も悪くないだけに、臭いがとても残念でした。 アメニティは部屋に使い捨てのボディーソープやシャンプーなどありますが人数分の一回分しかありませんので自分で用意していった方がいいです。
