Tv didn't work in room, parking was over crowded, housekeeping walked in our room 3 hrs before check out

Hampton Inn Niagara Falls/Blvd
We had no towels in our room. WE had to go to the front desk to get some instead of staff member bringing them up. We had no conditioner, ran out of tissues (2 left in box) and there was a ball of hair on the bathroom floor. Yuck
