"If I had to describe this hotel in one word it would be Charming. Its location is on a quiet street walkable to everything. Great staff, breakfast, rooms, pool and the spa one of the best. I also booked a bike tour through the hotel and I was so pleased they used the company Heaven & Earth as that was the company I wanted to use."

"We came here on a family trip and absolutely loved Hoi An—and La Siesta made the experience even better. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really stood out is how calm and peaceful it feels. After walking around Hoi An, it’s the perfect place to come back to and just switch off. It’s quiet, relaxing, and very comfortable. The staff are honestly amazing. Everyone is super attentive and genuinely kind, and they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The best example: I left my AirPods case in the hotel car, and they actually arranged to bring it all the way to my next hotel in Da Nang. That kind of service is rare and says everything. If I had to mention one thing, it’s that the hotel is a bit far from the city center. Not a big deal, but you’ll need a short ride to get in and out."

"I never, ever leave reviews for places, but the staff at Coco River were so unbelievably fantastic that I feel the need to share our incredible experience. We are a young family with a 2yr old, and we travelled from the UK. The staff in the hotel were so unbelievably brilliant with our 2yr old, playing with him at every opportunity and making friends. It got to the point that he was constantly asking just to go down to the reception to see his new friends. Our little one has a milk allergy, so we had been nervous about travelling with the allergy and any food issues we may have encountered. I made one passing comment to one of the ladies on reception one evening, and the next morning at breakfast we were presented with a big jug of Soya milk- which we later found out that the receptionist had gone to get especially for us- it’s not something they usually stock. The hotel itself is beautiful- extremely well positioned just far enough out of town to be quiet and tranquil, yet only a £2 taxi ride into the ancient town. The pool was very clean, and fresh water meaning no smell of chlorine or salt residue. The restaurant overlooks the river, and the food here was genuinely some of the best we had in the whole 2 weeks we spent in Vietnam- phenomenal (Try the crispy won-tons!!) We left for a night and actually felt home sick for this hotel- that’s how good it was. If you’ve made it this far- just book! "

"Bliss Hoi An is a beautiful property with the perfect name. It truly is “bliss” staying here. My bedroom was stunning with beautiful toiletries and all the amenities you’d need. The pool, the grounds, the spa, the restaurant - all excellent. The courtesy bus into Hoi An was great and the timings were ideal. My only negative is the staff on the front desk. Every encounter I had with them I found them to be unfriendly and they couldn’t wait to finish their dealings with me. This was very disappointing as the staff in every other area of the resort were superb. I wouldn’t hesitate however to recommend this resort. "

The shuttle bus into town is very convenient. We would definitely come back here and recommend staying here."

"This is truly one of my favourite hotels I have stayed at. The facilities, pool, gym, breakfast etc. are outstanding for the price. The staff also could not do enough for me: Vy at breakfast and in particular Yen who (after me telling her about my peanut allergy) could not have been more accommodating showing me exactly what I could and couldn’t eat and even sourcing some alternative oil for me! I ended up extending my stay and will hopefully return"

"This was my favorite hotel while in Cua Dai. The room was just as nice as the pictures, very clean and very comfortable. The staff were all very kind, and made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was great and had plenty of options for any diet. The beach was across the street, so just a short walk away. Plenty of places to rent a chair under an umbrella or just plop yourself in the sand which is my preference. The hotel has a decent gym as well and I was so happy to get some good workouts in. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again."
