Nice room, I opted for a balcony, which gave me a great view of the public square and the beach. People walk to the beach from here just in bathing suits. There is a fabulous restaurant just across the street. If I ever come back to Vietnam, this is my go-to place!

No on site breakfast but the staff ordered a pork roll and a coconut. Not what I was really looking forward to. Have stayed here before and the breakfast was of a good standard. Would stay here in the future.

Замечательный отель.
Замечательный отель. Каждый год отдыхаем во Вьетнаме. Поэтому, есть с чем сравнить. Все очень хорошо. Особенно, хотелось отметить добро желательно отношение всего персонала. И администраторы на рецепшен, и горничные и служащие в ресторане. Все искренне дружелюбны и внимательны. У меня создалось впечатление, что работа с обслуживающим персоналом ведётся очень грамотно.

Overall the price, location, breakfast and rooms at Boss are great. My only complaint is that it is a remarkably noisy place to stay (if my room is anything to go by). I could hear every door in the hallway outside my room being closed, probably because it was necessary to slam the doors to get them to close. I could hear chairs being scraped on the floor in the room above me. For reasons unknown they were scraping their chairs at all hours of the night and morning. I'd recommend Boss, if you are a heavy sleeper.

전체적으로 만족합니다, 조식 무난하구요 프런트에 계신 직원분들도 친절하시고 시설 좋고 위치도 좋습니다. 다만, 아침에 청소하러 오시는 분들이 "방해 금지"의 의미를 잘 모르시는 듯 해서 아쉽네요 ㅠㅠ 매번 노크를 하시거나 노크에도 대답이 없으면 전화까지 하셔서 강제 아침형 인간이 되었습니다 ㅠㅠ 뭐 그 외에는 다 좋았습니다

room size is great--very clean and very nice manager. location is superb with great restaurants just outside the property. the only I did not like is the noise along the hallway of the rooms and the crowded lobby of the hotel

They checked us in the wrong room. Then moved us to a room where theAC was not working. It was so hot and humid. Tjeu semt someone to the room to check the AC. The guy said AC is working find and that its becasue where the room was facing. We asked to put in another room biut they say no. We them to put us back in the room they initially checked us in. They say no. We suffered that night. The following day they put us in another room andthat AC was working great. They should worry about our comfort but they didnt

친절한 직원들
2일 숙박했어요 직원들은 영어 잘하고 친절한 편입니다 저흰 바다전망 가장 좋은 방으로 했는데 방크기는 좁은 편입니다 욕조는 없지만 수압은 센 편입니다 조식은 별로 좋지 않아요 커피도 밍밍하고 그나마 먹을 만한 과일은 떨어져도 채우지 않아 저희는 못먹었어요 쌀국수가 있ㅇ어 그걸 먹었고요 숙소 위치는 비치에서 가깝지만 골목 안이어서 택시가 안 들어갑니다 공항갈때 직원에게 부착해서 35만 동에 예약했는데 그때는 호텔앞까지 와줬어요 저흰 새벽비행기라서 그냥 가격보고 2일 숙박했고 그 호텔에서 가장 좋은 바다전망 방으로 했는대 방이 좁아서 가성비로는 그닥 추천하고 싶지 않아요 그래도 직원들이 친절한 편이고 이동에 좋은 위치이니 가격 고려해서 선택한다면 괜찮은 숙소입니다

더불룸 예약되고 아이 예약이 안되어 하루 40만동 추가하고 업그레이드를 해주었는데 19층 수영장 내려다 보이는 큰방을 주어서 좋았습니다.티비도 크고 여러가지 기능이 있어 좋았고 호텔도 깨끗한 편입니다.. 방에서 보이는 바다뷰도 휼륭합니다. 안좋은점은 방음이 안되서 너무 시끄러웠어요.. 수영장 출입시간 제한이 없는지 거의 12시까지 떠들어서 시끄러웠구요.엘레베이터가 17층까지라 2층은 계단으로 올라갔어요. 조식도 그냥 그랬습니다.

위치와 가성비가 좋은 호텔이다.
바다 전망 방이었는데 나짱해변 제일 중심가에 있어서 전망과 위치가 아주 좋았다. 수건이 종류별로 있고 방청소도 깨끗해서 좋다. 단 에어컨 안에 곰팡이가 보였다. 에어컨 청소가 필요할 것 같다. 이전에 지냈던 숙소들이 다 친절해서 그런지 이 호텔은 사무적이고 딱딱한 느낌이 들었다. 벨보이 빼고는 직원들이 미소도 없고 인사도 잘 하지 않는다. 호텔에 러시아인과 중국인들이 많이 이용하고 한국인은 한명도 보지 못했다. 조식은 괜찮았으나 호텔 복도 엘리베이터 앞에 흡연금지 표시가 있음에도 불구하고 담배피는 사람들이 있어서 복도에 담배 냄새가 났다. 꼭대기층에 작은 수영장도 있는데 수영장보다 나짱해변에서 수영하는 것을 추천한다. 나짱해변이 가깝고 생각보다 물이 깨끗해서 좋다. 다음날 조식쿠폰은 하루 전날 저녁에 프론트에 말하고 받아가야 한다. 노보텔 바로 뒷골목인데 택시기사들이 잘 몰라서 노보텔 얘기하고 타고 다녔다. 몇가지 단점이 있긴 하지만 위치와 가성비 기준으로는 추천할 만하다.

The room was nice, clean and big. They upgrade me to a better one with beach view. The staff was friendly, with good english and willing to support. However the breakfast was not specially good (at 9am was completely empty and they served me cold fried eggs). In the room they didnt replace bath paper and soap when they cleaned. A good hotel but with too expensive price in my point of view.

Our room was sea-view with balcony. The nextdoor's partition of the balcony is a low fence it is not private, it can not relax on the balcony . The location of the hotel was good and room was clean. The breakfast was so so. But the taste of pho is alternating with delicious and bad. Doorman was very good with smile.

Economical, friendly place on a fascinating alley
This hotel is in a fantastic location. It's tucked away on a small, interesting alley lined with hotels, shops and small restaurants, much more "Asian" than the main street. Yet at the same time, it is only a few steps from the beach. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean, on the 8th floor - fabulous! Staff were friendly and helpful. There's a tiny but refreshing pool on the top floor that I enjoyed. Most important negative was the breakfast, which was underwhelming. Overall, a great stay.

Nice hotel but unwelcoming place
Nice boutique hotel located down an alley close to beach. Deluxe king room with balcony on 7th floor had awesome view of the sea, clean room & comfortable bed. Restaurant food sarisfactory. Some staff friendly & helpful. Lots of rude unfriendly tourists & unfriendly locals added to negative vibe in Nha Trang. Will never go back there.

靠近海灘
服務很好。單價合理。地點是在巷子內。但靠近海灘。下次有機會會再入住。就是隔音不太好。 早餐菜色還可以。有中式西式。

too much Christmas for a beach hotel
hotel has comfortable location and good rooms. My total impression is verly positiv. What was irritating - sweet Christmass music everiwhere in corridors, resraurant and lobby.
