10/10 Excellent
"Great location for Great Barrier Reef activities, right beside the 4 mile beach. The rooms were clean and fully functional kitchen. Staff was welcoming. Free chairs , umbrella and towels was appreciated . Wished the front desk was staffed extended hours, with 8-5 we were not able to exchange towels , used beach towel instead since we left early and returned later than 5 pm. Highly recommended."

"Amazing property, spacious rooms, beautiful pool, great amenities. 5-min walk to main strip of restaurants, 10-15 min walk from reef tour meeting points. All rooms have balconies facing one of two pools, very quaint, romantic resort. Great AC and fans in rooms. Only warnings: housekeeping is by request only and costs money each day; and front desk is staffed 9-5 and no overnight coverage. This wasn’t necessarily a deterrent but given the price for the rooms, i was a bit taken aback to see these two services not provided. Front desk staff was nice and helpful."
"While the hotel was truly lovely and the pool and common areas be8ng truly beautiful, our room was rather tired and disappointing - little things like a rusty toilet brush, a rusty bag rack, and things like frayed sofa seats, the surface chipping off the bathroom cupboards and a dining table badly worn out, to the really bigger disappointment of a very slow poorly functioning spa on the roof. Sadly Didn’t really meet expectations."
"I love the layout of the property but please be aware due to proximity to the rainforest there are A LOT of bugs. My wife and I fought for our lives against a giant cockroach and the villa definitely had a lot of ants and spiders.
The plunge hours being limited to the spa hours was a downside for us as well.
My wife recommends the facial! The private pool was awesome. Truly if we didnt have the bug issues I would have given it 5 stars."
