"First the positive. The filters on the heating/cooling unit were very clean (it's the first thing I check when I get into a room) The woman at the front desk was very sweet and friendly.The room was quiet and conveniently close to side door to take dog out. Now the negative: I pulled the sheets down and there was fresh soiled stains that smelled as well as dark hair. There was a sticky stain on floor beside bed and the bathroom floor was very dirty. I always take pics and send to my friends....

"Didn’t give me codes for march 5 stay so I need a refund. Property is very scary homeless people in the hallway, dark parking lot, giving wrong key codes out. One lady got the key code to the wrong room and walked in on someone and I’m afraid this may happen to me. Makes me very uneasy. It’s a live motel. I had to clean my room. Rooms are not that clean. Stairwells are sketchy. I could’ve stayed at the Hilton or Best Western."

"This is a good average place to stay slightly on the outskirts. For the most part this place met my requirements for a small kitchenette and 2 beds. Room was average, felt safe, 2 TVs and kitchenette was just enough. There is a full size refrigerator, 2 burner electric stove, MW and dishwasher. There were pots and pans left in the DW by previous guests. Most of them were very dirty and greasy, not worthy of use. There were cobwebs hanging in all corners and at doorway corners as well. Bathroom...

"Refinishing paint job sloppy; broken window in bedroom; air conditioner barely keep room tolerable, even on 50 to 70 outside; scary outside stairs to navigate (thank goodness it didn't rain while using); if there was suppose to be any kind of breakfast or similar eat-on-the-go items, there wasn't. The new toilet was nice."

"The Della room was amazing. Clean, quiet and the bathtub/hot tub was wonderful. I only wish the fireplace was not out of order. The caretakers were very nice and the breakfast was perfect. "
