We arrived around 2am and went right to sleep. We woke up in a sweat around 6am because the AC wasn't working. I went to take a shower and the overhead shower didn't work. There was mold all over the shower curtain and an infestation of bugs in the bathroom. The hotel floor was soft and sunk in in many areas, possibly due to mold. The towels provided had what looked like shoe marks on them and black dirt streaks. We were not given a refund. I know this hotel isn't fancy. I'm not looking for a place with a free breakfast or hot tub. But, this place was unlivable. This is not a "you get what you pay for" situation. The Swan Motel is in violation of multiple health codes and is breaking the law. Of course the manager, Gabriel, did not care and would not refund us for the night when I called the next day. I had booked through Expedia. I advised Expedia to take this listing off of their website and also called the local Health Dept/ Inspector. We spent all morning the following day looking for a place to shower since we weren't able to at the motel. We showered at the Planet Fitness and ended up finding another hotel for the following night. Overall, disgusted and upset by our experience.

Big updated rooms and bathrooms are a plus. Convenient airport shuttle service is available. At first a staff member couldn't find my reservation, but the morning person was very pleasant and helpful and straightened everything out. I just wish there was a hairdryer available in the bathroom.

The room was very small as per shown in pictures and i asked for non smoking room but as we entered the room was full of cigarette smell and there were ashes on the floor.

You Get What You Pay For
Obviously it's a cheap-ish motel, so you aren't expecting anything fancy. However, there were stains on the floor (that were a red-brown that was vaguely blood-like in appearance), dirt and trash that wasn't cleaned from the prior guest, and the room smelled awful. Also, don't get back late or else they won't have enough parking spaces. Real fun to get back and be ready to head to bed and instead spend 20 minutes trying to figure out where to park. Finally, be sure to bring cash. They required a $5 deposit for the room key and remote.

When I arrived at the hotel check in went smoothly. Getting to my room is smelled like someone had been smoking in there. The space was very small. I did not feel safe sleeping here && I was asked for a pet deposit after I had already checked out. I was never asked for a pet deposit when I checked in. T

Not so good. No food service. Loud music playing and desk doesn't know where it is coming from. it stopped for a few hours and resumed at 3am for another 1-2 hours. Another phone call did no good. I travel a lot and this was my worst hotel stay ever.

Do not ever stay here! For your security. Hotels.com if you keep playing with the algoritim of your ratings and offer places like this with a rate of 8 and above, I will consider stop using your services again because its dissapointing to expect a Very Good place and arrive to somewhere where the only you want to do is runaway

Everything, from the tv remote to the card to get to the laundry required a cash deposit The suites are for extended stay, NOT the rooms. The rooms are tile 400sq ft rooms with no fridge, no microwave, and no where to put much luggage. This is the first hotel Ive ever been to without even a fridge. I had to get an air purifier to get the smoke and such ouy of the air in a nonsmoking room. The shower/bathtub is in the bedroom in the far wall and completely separate from the bathroom. I had to wipe the floor down with a wet towel to get the grime off the floor. The night shift people are friendly enough but the day shifters are short, rude, and indifferent. They're obsessed with doing housekeeping daily and won't let you go more than a few days without it like theyll be punished if they don't. The rooms are predominately for by the hour or night. If it weren't for the location in comparison to my work assignment and paying on my own I'd have gone elsewhere.

VERY MISLEADING
VERY MISLEADING, i BOOKED A ROOM JUST FOR THE SPA TUB, ALLI GOT WAS A REGURAL TUB. Not to mention the rooms are NOT sound proof, All I heard at night was people talking in the hall, and doors slamming. The bar well buy a bottle and take it to your room!

The Swan Motel in Linden
The stay was good the Swan Motel it was a low end no frills room- The comforter had cigarette burns in it even though my room was a non-smoking room. Also the Swan Motel has short stays for people who want to stay 4 hours- so the traffic on the Swan Motel’s property was high & busy- The comfort of the room was ok, on a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 4 for me and I will not be staying there again - But to the Swan Motel’s credit if you want a clean no-frills room then it is a good place to stay-

Swan Motel
The gentleman at the front desk was lovely, beds were comfortable and the location was ideal for my purposes. The property is old and a bit run down. The floors were clean but the register in the bathroom had a layer of greasy grime and there were ants around the tub. The bedding and towels were clean but had holes and some staining.
