The place was central to everything! Walking distance to most places/attractions (10-15 minute walk). The floors were not the cleanest (needed mopping), There was a stench in the hallways and entryway. Parking was great right in front. Beds were comfortable although the shower head was broken in the main guest bathroom, the soap was empty and we had no towels upon arrival. Check in was a little confusing. Overall I’d stay there again but they could do soooo much better with aesthetics.

The only thing good about this property are the cleaning lady’s. The rooms are extremely clean and the place looks amazing once inside of the room. Outside of the room is very sketchy. The first floor is rented out to the natives and the second and 3rd floor are private for guests. The people that own and run this place have horrible communication, leave you stranded for hours and will not accommodate you for any inconveniences. If I could have gotten my money back I would have left this place 911. I would never stay here again and anybody who comes to visit New Orleans, STAY FAR THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! People use the bathroom on the side of the building l, there is feces and piss everywhere, it stinks really bad. It is very unsanitary around this building. Although we were safe here this place gives you a feeling of insecurity.

The apartment was clean and the amenities were working. Even though we were on the ground floor, it felt safe the entire time. My only note is that I wish that the kitchen came stocked with some necessities, such as dish soap, salt, or pepper.

This property was much better than expected. Was spacious, Rooms were large, beds were very comfortable. We were there for only 1 night but I now know where to stay when I return. The only thing I would suggest are full length mirrors. There are none.

The locations was great! Walkable to most attractions and the ferry. I would have liked a guest book with information on what was needed to do for checking out and instructions on things like where trash needed to be taken. Hopefully we did enough to help house keepers.

The property was very well decorated with clean and simple ascetics! It is also conveniently located with in walking distance to restaurants and many other attractions. The washer and dryer was a plus to have. We would have enjoyed having a television at least in the master bedroom. Overall we recommend for the price point, convenience, and cleanliness!!

The location I stayed while has no parking listed… which scared me before booking… was actually very available. The room was spacious and clean, the mobile app support is great. The price is great for what I needed. Only problem in the room was the water pressure of the shower faucet; outside the elevator’s “ding” of the floor is very loud you can hear it in your room Otherwise I really like my stay. This is my first Sonder stay and I’ll definitely put them into consideration for future trips

As described I got the 5 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment. Everything was fine and easy to access. Parking lot in the back of the building with issued code access to the main entry and to your apartment. The staff responded quickly to any issues that I had via Expedia messager.
