Good location for fun in New Orleans. Not ideal for families due to the number of bars in walking distance, and the hotel valet and parking situation led to a few difficult and potentially dangerous navigation challenges on the weekend. The hotel valet was prioritizing paying customers who were not staying at the hotel, leading to traffic jams on Tchoupitoulas street. These could’ve been avoided with a more professional valet service

Comfortable & convenient nola hotel

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Check in and valet were quick and efficient. Staff was nice. Provided toiletries were Aveda brand, which was a great upgrade compared to the standard products you normally find in hotel bathrooms. Location was excellent, lots to do within walking distance.
