We will definitely stay at this hotel again. The room was so big and comfortable. It has lots of shelves and cabinet space. The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and nice!!

The hotel is very clean and modern, the room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was much better than most, with lots of options. The one thing I did not like was the check in experience. We arrived around 10:30-11pm, and the sliding glass doors to the lobby were locked. I stood there looking at the lady behind the desk, and she did not smile or try to help in any way. Finally another patron of the hotel came in from smoking outside, and showed me that I needed to pick up a phone there in the wall and call in to the desk to explain my purpose. I understand that the hotel wants to keep its employees (and guests) safe at night, but the night clerk was SO unhelpful! We had just driven 6 hours, and I just wanted to check in. She could have smiled, gestured, or something! I'm a 46 yr old woman, not very scary :)

Breakfast was okay; no free Wi-Fi unless Hilton honors member or pay $5 per day for it was a little ridiculous. Cleaning staff removed and disposed another guests personal belongings (wedding cake, food,etc.) management lacked sympathy to those guests; room had hair on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in

I always wanted a room on the first floor near the rear entrance because of the parking and depending on who is working and knows me I can get it but the front desk clerk that doesn’t always know. Also the cleaning crew always comes early disturbing me at 10am

Overall good stay
I’ve been to other Home 2 Suites and this one is on par mostly. Pros: I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet being open until 10 AM daily and that there was a variety of food. Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. I appreciated the security of the building where patrons only can access it with the room key. Plenty of parking and available computers to use. Cons: The chairs at the high tables need to be taller - they’re too short for eating. Housekeeping could’ve been better. When they came to do a “full” cleaning on day 5, there was a lot that was not done, like cleaning the mirror, cleaning the kitchen sink, and vacuuming around the beds (old flaming hot Cheetos piece still left by the bed).

The rooms were very nice with plenty of room. Breakfast was ok, could have been better. Pool was cold and not many lounge chairs. The area was sketchy as well. There is no shuttle to the cruise port, we had to call a taxi.

Nice and convenient
The room was very spacious and clean. The only thing I don’t like is the pillow , none of them was comfortable. One day the lift was stink … and the other day it smelled good! Overall it’s nice and convenient place to stay. Staffs were also friendly and helpful.

The room was filthy and it had remnants of somebody else being in the room prior to me getting them. They had food and beer in the refrigerator that had trash and lingering in the kitchen and they had less towels than supposed to be

In the room that I was in, the tv remote in the room wasn’t working and the outlets in the room wasn’t working. I shouldn’t have to plug my devices up in the living room when I’m sleeping in the bedroom. This is the second time this has happened. Don’t think I will be returning. Will instead book at the Marriott next to them.
