"upon arrival staff told me that there was a $50 security deposit required, never heard of of a security requirement. Then when given my room key it was for a 2nd floor room. My prepaid reservation was for a 1st floor accessible room. Staff told me that there were no 1st floor accessible room available. Staff confirmed that me reservation was for a 1st floor accessible room, but they had been already be given out and there was nothing that they could do - staff was very arrogant and obnoxious!!! I had to cancel my reservation and make other arrangements. Red Roof Plus still has not refunded the security deposit even thought they gave me a receipt that they had refunded it. I AM THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED WITH Red Roof Plus AND EXPEDIA!!! AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN."

"This hotel was perfect for the price and location. Cheap uber ride down to an NJT line that can bring you to the heart of the city. It is a little outdated, and going through renovations so if you’re looking for a hotel with the best amenities don’t stay here. However, if you want close proximity to NYC and don’t plan to be in your room all day this hotel is perfect. Additionally, the guest service staff was pleasant. Parking was relatively cheap too. "

"Slightly disappointing renovations going only informed 2 days before. Not full breakfast options & no restaurant . Hotel does not depict the photos on line. But having said that the bed was lovely. The staff were nice & helpfull. Near to the airport with great shuttle bus to take over there."
