Wonderful experience. We stayed as a family for four nights and we were so impressed. The rooms were very clean, huge and well equipped with a kitchenette and comfy sofa. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies preparing the breakfast buffet. They worked so hard to clean the tables, and restock the breakfast items and hot drinks. Our kids loved being able to have a hot
Chocolate in the lobby at nighttime as well. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel and my room was fine. All the staff - especially the lady running the breakfast room - were very professional, helpful and friendly. The only reason for the slight down vote on cleanliness arises because the bathroom is very tired with a chipped bath, some mildew on the caulking and a hanging out of the wall shower head. Other than that the whole experience was fine with one glaring exception and that concerns the obsession with plastic cutlery - you cannot eat bacon with a plastic...

We stayed one night at the Comfort Inn & Suites. The staff is very friendly, everything is clean, the beds are super comfortable. 24h Coffee and Tea available. Parking in front of the hotel. You can walk down to the lake or the harbour. Blue Mountains is very close (by car). The whole area is amazing and beautiful. For breakfast they offered more than at the other hotels we stayed: Coffee, Tea, Juice, Toast, Bagel, Scones, Muffins, Pancakes, Cereals, Yogurt, Eggs, Potatoes, Sausages, Fruits - so...

Ample parking. Make sure you are at breakfast on time as its all cleared away pretty promptly at 09:00 ,but saying it was a good breakfast for the more budget end of the market.

Lovely little chalet away from the main building. Had everything we needed and was lovely and warm even in the snow. Kitchen was well equipped. Not a lot going on in the area in March but Blue Mountains was worth a visit.
Private parking next to the chalet.

Really nice friendly staff, ideal location just outside the town, great for kids who loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Was just booked as a last minute stop over whilst passing through but would certainly return
