The motel was in a decent area. The problem with the hotel was it was dirty. They ripped the carpet up and put in new flooring. However it was done poorly. The carpet was still attached to the wall at the floor and made it look like mold. I had to inspect closer. The smell of cleaner was so strong we had to leave the door open to air out for an hour. The room was not clean. As in, the floor had dirt and dog hair and dog food still in it. I had to take baby wipes and use my shoe to "mop" all the hair and dirt up. Breakfast was coffee and packaged sweets.

There was a pill in the middle of the bathroom floor and a half-smoked joint on the shelf. The blankets were the dingiest blankets I’ve ever seen in a hotel, and the bed was very stiff. Still more comfortable then sleeping in the truck, but had I known about the other above issues, I would have saved the money.

Comfortable bed, clean room. No shampoo provided, breakfast provided was just coffee and packaged muffins or danish.

Terrible for the price I paid

Toilet was plugged. Gross. Bathroom very very small - hard to move. Bed was comfortable enough. No shampoo. Small soaps only thing provided. Towels were small Had much better experience at a different chain for much cheaper

The rooms were a little outdated, but clean . Bed was comfortable, clean sheets. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. There was even a large comfortable rocking recliner chair. I was able to park my semi truck right outside my door. Good experience

I'm sorry about your experience. We can not fix a problem if you don't actually tell us about it. We will definitely have our exterminator out., and you booked a smoking room so of course it is has a high chance of smelling like smoke.

This property is a motel off the highway in a rural area. It’s not nice looking from the outside at all. The room was not fancy but was impeccably clean. The area, while off the highway, was pretty quiet. I was surprisingly satisfied.

Very convenient location to just about everything. They did only have packaged foods for breakfast but happy they actually had anything and they allow dogs

While the room was clean enough, we are not picky the bed was so broken down you rolled to the middle and hammock. The real kicker was the maid going around to each room knocking at 9am when check out was 11. She would keep knocking until you woke up and went to the door. Manager was notified but too lazy to get out of his recliner to stop her.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff was rude, the continental breakfast on consisted of juice/coffee and muffins. I had to disinfect the room myself because they had spiders and bugs crawling in it. I literally went bought gloves, bleach disinfectant, disinfectant wipes, and a sponge to wipe everything down . We had to ask for fresh bed linens each night we stayed because the cleaning service didn't come and clean our room even though we ask them to. Oh and they didn't give us clean pillow cases each night, good thing I brought my own pillow from home. The microwave was disgusting leftover food spills was left in there. Also apparently they don't change the bedding mattress pads because when we asked for a clean one they said it wasn't supposed to come off ....I was like are you serious ewww....they also don't have a pool which is false advertising . The staff rude. Also they didn't have a coffee pot as requested the first one they gave us was broken and finally they gave us a second one. We had to ask for fresh towels each day which I just went bought some and had to ask for trash bags after we had taken our own trash out. Overall this place was a huge disappointment, don't waste your time or money. The place was disgusting

Shut it down

Really run down. I’m not even sure upgrades would help. There are cracks in the wall that make me leery of the condition of the foundation. Bathroom is small and gross. Don’t stay here unless you have no other choice.

So much mold

Mold everywhere ! First room smelled of animal/pee. Second room had so much mold , food spot all over wall , microwave and fridge disgusting. Stairs and balcony definitely need repair . Not sure how this place is still open . I did like how well lit the outside is but that is all . Water smelled like mold as well .

Very comfortable recliners in the room.

Have stayed here a few times in the past and each time it has been great. It's a older motel so not the ritz. It could use some updates but still a very nice motel for the price. Has very comfortable recliners in the room.

4.5 stars

Not so bad for what it's worth. Staff is great and cleaning ladies are amazing and so sweet. Beds are surprisingly comfortable, and the room is perfect for a family with small children. Almost baby proof. Swivel tv, small table to eat and plenty of room to put your things. Only thing we didn't like was the small toilets. Lol but overall , nice stay for the week!

Shrewd and unpleasant

The hotel was okay. However, it was advertised as $66. After taxes and fees, it was $96 per night. Also, the pet deposit is listed as $10 per stay in the key facts, but the shrewd night manager charged us $15 per pet per night for a total of $60 for crated dogs as we were evacuating from Hurricane Delta. Don’t stay here for enjoyment nor need.

Don’t waste your money

When we first arrived they had lost our reservation. After about 45 minutes we got everything squared away. The room was gross and smelled terrible. It was so humid that everything felt damp. Breakfast was expired muffins and stale cereal. I’d avoid staying here.

if you can't get enough incense

Check in was very slow, attendant did not have reservation, and couldn't figure out how to retrieve from their computer. Ok, she was standing in for someone. The room absolutely reeked of what smelled like incense. Like it was hard to breathe because it was so strong. The light in the bathroom didn't work... There was a chain hotel across the street. If I'm ever traveling through New Boston again...
