"They apparently overbooked themselves and didn't acknowledge our bookings made from a while ago and left us stranded in an alien city. The staff was extremely lazy and unhelpful and simply ignored our predicament. I suspect they got requests for room with offers that were higher than what we booked through Expedia and they just chose to ignore our bookings. I hope the Expedia platform atleast looks into this practice."

I booked an executive room with a king-size bed, but upon reaching my room, I was exposed to two twin-size beds suitable for children. "The presentation photos dont show how dirty every is. A run down and dirty hotel. My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. The hallway had dirty plates with food on for 3 days. The pool area was full of leftovers from a party and wasn't cleaned during my stay. The only positive was that there was no bedbuggs. All in all -book another hotel."
