"We only went because our hotel power was off for over 12 hours and we needed a shower and electricity. The front desk staff acted like we were bothering her. No personal skills or interaction. "Gave a mid review on property maintenance since our building suffered a power loss for around 2 hours during the night and maybe around 3 hours the following day in the evening. There was no communication from the staff so that was disappointing but it was eventually resolved. Everything else was great. That alone spoiled the trip. If the issue is permanently fixed or at least the staff would be more forthcoming, I'd definitely recommend."

"I love the pool and swim-up bar but I didn’t like that they didn’t clean the room daily. I like fresh towels each day and that was not provided but it was close to restaurant and good food. The schedule was not regular because the bar didn’t always open on time but once it opened it was good."
