"Badly needs renovation "

"The first room i got, the refrigerator wasn't working. The second room, the refrigerator was just cool at best. Bathroom sink dripped constantly, and drained VERY slowly AND, the microwave caught on fire when heating a cup of water. Reported this to front desk when it happened and NOTHING was done. Very poor customer service. They need to check the amenities on a regular basis. "

"First room, I did not see for myself but my fiancée advised it was not clean and had hairs on bed. The second room, I did see and there were dishes in the sink, a bag of towels and toilet paper rolls on the couch. It looks like they were in the middle of prepping the room. Finally 3rd room they gave us was good. On a different note, there should be a policy in place for the hotels to make changes. I selected a 3 bedroom suite and they counted the sofa bed as a 3rd bed and not 2 beds in one room. After discovering this I wanted to make the change but the hotel was unable to do it because it was considered a 3rd party, This was a loss for all, we didn't the comfortability that we wanted, the hotel could have made more money with the upgrade and hotels.com could have made money charging a change fee. Everyone could have won in this situation but instead everyone lost. "
