"Atrion was an excellent location for us!! We found the staff to be overwhelmingly friendly and helpful, from the Front Desk to the breakfast and housekeeping staff. The hotel was clean and well-maintained and was very comfortable. Importantly, there were several power outlets as well. The safe was newer and was very easy to operate. I would gladly return and have no hesitation in recommending it highly. A huge “Thank You” to all the staff at Hotel Atrion!!"

"Licht und Schatten Als erstes vorweg, es steht zwar Sentido drauf ist aber maximal Sentido ligth drin. Im Vergleich zum Sentido Blue auf Kreta zwei Kategorien darunter. Zum positiven: Personal wirklich top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist für ein AI-Buffet ok und abwechslungsreich aber die Getränke wie Wein, Cocktails, etc. sind billiger Fusel. "My daughter and I stayed at the Aquila Atlantis Hotel during our visit to Heraklion. While it didn't have the unique character and intimate atmosphere of some of the boutique hotels we stayed at elsewhere in Greece, it was still a comfortable and convenient place to stay. "Overall the Mitsis Laguna is an excellent resort. It's well maintained and the staff are extremely polite and helpful making the overall experience excellent. The only point to make was the sound proofing in the bungalow that we had near the 2nd pool. We could hear the people both above and in adjoining room quite clearly and the early morning cleaning outside woke us up most mornings."
