Whoever designed the place did a fantastic job. The architecture, art, and style of the hotel is simply breathtaking. The rooms are so comfortable cozy and cold! Highly recommend treating yourself to the room with the private patio and tub. My partner and I had an incredible, relaxing, and fun time here — CANT WAIT TO COME BACK TO PARADISE!"

"Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance."
