"We were told that our second night would be refunded to us by the front desk staff, and it has not happened. There was just barely enough parking, and I got the last available spot in the lot. The 2nd-floor hallway reeked of urine. The lock on our door was broken. We paid for 4 adults, but the room was only set up for 2 adults. We paid extra for "prestige", but nothing was added to our room. Friday night, we were in the lobby when 5 people came off the elevator yelling, "Call 911, a girl is getting the snot beaten out of her." NO ONE CAME TO THE DESK!!! They yelled over and over again that someone needed help. It took minutes for the staff to get to the desk; one came out of a room, and the other came in from outside. Even then, the staff didn't seem overly concerned. The pool was covered over, so there was no way to use that amenity. It was very disappointing. The last time we stayed here it was lovely, but this stay was horrible."

"I recently enjoyed a stay at the hotel and wanted to share my thoughts on cleanliness, staff friendliness, and room maintenance. The hotel was impressively clean, with spotless common areas and well-maintained rooms. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, contributing to a fresh atmosphere throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making each interaction enjoyable. Their warm demeanor added to the welcoming vibe of the hotel. The rooms were well-kept, featuring modern decor and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. However, I did have a couple of critiques about the breakfast area. It was quite small, which created a cramped atmosphere during peak times. The eggs were a bit watery, and the single waffle machine led to a line, making breakfast less convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return!"

"get keys to work first time. took three times to get key that worked.breakfast was poor. eggs were runny, french toast was hard. food lloked like it had been there for a long time even at 6:30 am. senior discount not considered because room was booked thru you third party. shower door wouldn't stay closed, tv was very confusing."

"This hotel serves its purpose in its most basic capacity. Its a clean room to sleep in. The building and its layout are very strange, a little creepy, and out dated. I had to walk through the entire building to get to the far back of the hotel to my room. No one directed me to a closer entrance when I checked in. On my way out, going to work, I realized I forgot something in the room. There was no time to walk all the way to the back of the building and all the way back to my car to get what I left behind without being late for my commitment. I asked the person at the desk as I checked out to hold the item for me and I would go pick it up after work. He agreed that he could do this. When I went back after work to retrieve my item the front desk staff had me wait 5 minutes before they came back to tell me they didn't have the item. Everyone was polite and courteous, and reiterating, a very basic service is being provided here. Don't expect much above a basic check-in and check-out interaction. Lower your expectations."
