Days Inn Natchitoches Addio

(+) A/C, TV, refrig and microwave all worked; the bed was clean and comfortable (-) At checkin (#1) the desk did not accept my statement that my reservation was prepaid; (#2) I produced a payment receipt and the desk ignored and wanted payment; (#3) I detailed the reservation number, my credit card payment statement and the amount paid. Finally the desk was able to input my data correctly and the payment registered. Their room was dilapidated – entrance door broken; shower hand support broken; toilet seat broken. Old dirt was evident in every corner of the room and table tops. So, if you want an overpricd, 2* (max) motel this is the place.

Great AC. Affordable rooms

If you’re looking for an affordable place to rest, this did the trick. It was outdated, stained and rundown. BUT THE AIR CONDITIONER WORKED REALLY GOOD, the staff was kind, and the breakfast was decent. My family got the king suite and it was very spacious. Everyone got 9+ hours of deep and peaceful sleep in the cold AC.

The clerk was helpful in finding a room to fit my needs, 1st floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback for my husband and I was the lack of outlets for or CPAP machines.

service was amazing, as far as the hotel room itself, after our kids were playing in the room for about two hours, their feet were BLACK from the carpet. also, there were dirty q-tips and someone else’s dirty underwear underneath the bed.

The location was fine, the motel is very outdated, which is ok, but not very clean. The check in was great the gentleman who checked us in was amazing, the ice machine didn't work, the bed definitely needs replacing. someones car alarm went off most of the night. the soa, tissue, towels wash cloths were very limited.

We were visiting Natchitoches and needed a "smoking" room which means that our options were limited. After reading some of the reviews, I wasn't sure about staying here but it's location was good so we took a chance. This place is a good economical choice. It isn't fancy but it does have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, check in was easy. It has some sort of breakfast but we didn't check it out. Plus there are several places to get something to eat within walking distance. The only negatives that we experienced was that the "power" button on the TV remote did not work. All other functions of the remote worked fine. Also there was road construction going on but that wasn't the motel's fault and once you got used to maneuvering through it, it wasn't a problem.

The room was filthy, especially in the bathroom around the edges of the room. The bed still had a bandage stuck to the top sheet under the comforter. That tells me the bed was not stripped and remade with clean sheets. This was not discovered until after we slept in it. There was not a blow dryer which is standard at all hotel chains.

This property has trash and cigarette butts all over the place. The room is disgusting, don’t know how many people stay before they really clean it. I didn’t even stay the night, left the key card in the room, and got a room at the Holiday Inn instead. Didn’t even bother asking for a refund.
