Potentially a GREAT hotel with a view of the river. Across the street from the Natchez National Historical Park. Great prices but the restaurant is closed and there are many empty rooms.

The beds were comfortable and staff is friendly. It’s fine if you just need a place to stay for the night. It definitely needs some updates and a thorough cleaning but over all was ok for the price.

Great location with a view over the bridge and river, but a tired looking place at the moment. Hence a good rate. The manager said they are due a refurb soon.

The staff was outstanding, welcoming and accommodating to my needs. Unfortunately the facility is presently rundown. I look forward to the renovations that they have planned. In the past I have truly enjoyed this hotel and I hope they can get back to that level quality.

Wonderful experience and recommend highly to others. Spacious clean rooms tastefully renovated in Nov 2018. Friendly staff very helpful. Located in quiet upscale 'Garden District' area for self-guided walking tour and fabulous meals. Trolley ($3/24hr unlimited rides) to French Quarter attractions runs by front door. Free parking included in rate. Half hour drive from airport.

I really love stay at this location. It’s nice and quiet. Very friendly people, I wish I was able to was my clothes at the laundry there.your carpet needs cleaning real bad in your halls and elevator need to be clean it’s floors nasty and needs moping. Your ice machine not working on every floor that not good other than that I love location and peace quietness. It’s a very beautiful hotel.

There were some maintenance issues with my room. The AC unit was broken and there was rust on every metal fixture. It talking with the manager, the entire hotel was about to be renovated. The view from my room was amazing down the Mississippi River, and the bed was comfortable. Once the renovation is complete, it would be an amazing place to stay.

This hotel has great potential, but it is very rundown and our need of cleaning and repairs. They keep talking about renovations to come, but they are well overdue. Next timeI will stay somewhere else until renovations are completed. my sweet was spacious and comfortable, except in our need of maintenance and cleaning.

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the view of the river and bridge was great but lots of work needs to be done in the bathrooms, there was no bar soap and when i asked the staff they said they didnt have any. I had to wash my hands with the shampoo...and although i was practically the only customer during my stay the whole 3rd floor smelled of a Marijuana party, all through the night and into the morning...had to put up with the smell in my room.

Ok For Quick Overnight Stop

Staff was pleasant. That was acceptable. The upholstery and carpet were noticeably stained. As were the carpets in the hallway. A lot of mildew in the bathtub walls. Was on the second floor and had to go to the third-floor to get ice, other machines were broken. Refrigerator needed the icing, and was not cold at all. Coffee service was mediocre, of course they did not offer breakfast.

Pet friendly but fee to have them. FRIENDLY? All 3 ice machines non working!!! The room was neat, we always spray EVERYTHING with disinfectant, plenty towels. Not enough coffee pods for 3 adults for evening and morning cups! No channel guide, remote needed batteries, limited channel viewing, small flat screen. Office staff short on customer service.

Don’t do it!

Just DON’T!! I have stayed in the Vue twice before a few years ago, so I frankly was amazed at how ratty the condition of the rooms and hallways. Stained, sticky surfaces, dirt in bathtub and sink, filthy microwave and food left in refrigerator. The only high spot beds were comfortable. The lobby was nice and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I frankly felt bad for them knowing that the complaints must be many. The hotel and the lounge were supposedly under remodeling. I never attempted to even look at the pool, but I felt that most likely this wasn’t true. It was just closed down. This was irritating but we chose this one so that we would not have to return back to our vehicle to go have dinner so instead we had to order in a pizza. Overall, don’t don’t stay.

The check-in process was efficient and welcoming. However, upon entering the first room assigned to me, I noticed several maintenance issues. The bathroom ceiling exhibited signs of mold, the bathroom door showed signs of rust, and the AC unit was not properly installed, resulting in visible gaps. Upon informing the front desk clerk about these concerns, I was promptly assigned another room. In this room, however, I encountered a few more challenges. The refrigerator was old and showed signs of rust, with paint peeling off. Additionally, the lighting fixtures were not functional, and the lamps were visibly aged and rusty. The rooms also had a distinct smell of mold and mildew. Considering these conditions, I made the decision to check out and seek alternative accommodation.

Very disappointed stay this go around. I have stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was pretty descent then. I don’t know what has happened, but it is definitely not the same. When we arrived and got the first room, l was hit with a strong mildew moldy odor, the room was okay, however the bathroom had rusted fixtures and l was surprised to see no shower curtain for the shower. When l asked the young lady at the front desk about that, she did say that some of the bathrooms do not have shower curtains, so we didn’t make a big ta do about that. However when l went in to spray Lysol in the bathroom and started to spray the floor, l noticed these little dark spots covering the shower floor. I looked like dead ants or some kind of small insects. I had not noticed them upon my first inspection. I went to the front desk, the young lady was so kind. She gave us another room on the second floor. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the second room, it was a suite. Very huge and the bathroom was very nice. This one had a tub and shower curtain. However there was still that very strong mildew moldy odor, the carpet had not been vacuumed, one of the tv’s did not work and there were spots on the furniture. Although a nice room, it just didn’t feel very clean. I will say that the bed was very comfortable though, and we had a wonderful view of the bridge and river. This will be our last time staying here. This hotel just doesn’t have the same appeal it had a few years ago.

I booked a 2 queen accessible room and when we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff member. She informed me that the room I booked was unavailable because it was "broken" and has too many "issues going on with it" so we got a regular 2 queen room. When we walked in, the smell of mold was so strong and it smelt like it was coming from the AC unit in the room. The light above the front door was also not working. We went back and asked for a different room. This room was better in the sense it didn't smell like mold too strongly and the front door light worked. So I'll list the positives of this room we got. Didn't smell like mold too much, the beds were very comfortable, the room itself is very spacious, and the view we had was beautiful. Things I did not like. The rooms are VERY outdated and old. Stains on everything from the carpet to the walls. 2 lights in the bathroom did not work. Shower head in the bathroom was broken and sprayed water everywhere. There was a used, dirty wash cloth on top of the shower curtain/rod. There was either dirt or human residue left in the toilet that had not been flushed. My experience was not great. This hotel has such great promise if they updated everything and actually cleaned the rooms. The staff was amazing and very friendly and the lobby area was very clean and beautiful. The other thing that concerned me was that the elevator inspection paper in the elevator is expired! I wont be back until things are changed.
