Hotel super novo, ainda em regime de soft open mas com funcionários extremamente atenciosos e responsivos. Super recomendo e voltaremos com certeza. Observação importante é que todos os quartos tem vista mar.

Hotel é novinho, tudo muito no capricho, funcionários muito atenciosos, quando voltar a Natal, sem pensar vou hospedar novamente. Quanto ao serviço de quarto em virtude do hotel ser novo, ainda não esta efetivado. Café da manhã, classifico ótimo até pq não sou de comer muito, porém para aqueles que almoçam de manhã, eu diria que é bom.

Experiência justa com o preço cobrado. Voltaria e recomendo. O hotel tem uma estrutura muito nova. Os funcionarios são bem atenciosos, educados e prestativos. Existem algumas boas oportunidades de melhoria quando o hotel estiver 100% pronto. O que foi bom: -Limpeza, estrutura, piscina, atendimento. O que foi dentro da expectativa: - Café da manhã. (Melhorando ainda mais esse ponto ficam imbatíveis). Oportunidades de melhoria: - Café da Manhã, subir o padrão (com croissants, bolos diversos, pão de queijo, doces, capuccino, chocolate quente, croque monsier, canjica, pamonha...). - Aquecimento de água da piscina, porque a água fica na sombra boa parte do tempo, ventilação agradável que deixa a água gelada. - Frigobar cheio de itens. - restaurante aberto para almoço e jantar. Hoje o hotel é muito bom para quem quer um apartamento, limpo, confortável e com bom enxoval. Recomendo para casais e negócios. O hotel não é indicado ainda para quem quer curtir a infraestrura do hotel em si para além dos quartos, como alimentação e recreação. Penso que em breve o hotel será excepcional.
