Rooms were not as shown, very dated. However, clean and cleaned each day. Wifi at a good standard and location was ideal as we explored the whole city within 4 days.

No customer parking at the hotel unless you pay valet $55/night! What a joke!! Does not accept cash, card only, we will never stay there again!!

Knights Inn Nashville
The place was a nice place to stay for the price, but the man at the front desk when we tried to check in was extremely rude and unprofessional. For that reason I would never stay here again.

Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown
Lost power for three hours. No phone, no communication, no announcement or paper apology. They use text for valet and even though you are queued #1, they wait until you come down stairs before retrieving your car multiple times.
