"Ici, vous n'avez pas l'impression d'être dans un hôtel mais dans une grande maison familiale. Le lieu parait être une oasis au milieu du désert (la route pour y arriver est très accidentée). La petite taille de l'établissement permet de conserver un caractère assez intime, même au bord de la piscine. Nous recommandons le dîner: pour 35€, vous avez un délicieux repas. "This was the highlight of our trip to Sicily. The accomodation is outstanding and the hospitality is wonderful. We did the lunch cooking class and it was welcoming, fun and full of ideas we can try at home. We didn’t leave the property for our entire 3 nights as we wanted to embrace the time we had there. "
