"Love the shuttle bus service from airport to train stations. Stayed here on our last leg of trips as the location is close to the airport. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of food choices. There’s hotel pool, sauna and gym that we all enjoyed during our stay."

"I arrived very early in the morning having made a very long train transfer from Haneda airport. Checkin was easy, friendly and washed away the anxiety of a tough day’s travel. The room was exceptionally large, comfortable and ready for a weary traveller. As I was on a late flight out the next day, I had a slightly later checkout and spent the afternoon in the lobby lounge. Lunch was delicious and the wait went by effortlessly until I took the airport shuttle to the terminal. It was a wonderful end to eight days on Hokkaido"

"The sink has mold as well the tub. It looks like they don’t clean them well. Our first day we found some socks under our bed from previous guests."
