The hotel was clean and elegant. Cleaning staff always did a good job. Onsite meal options were nice if limited on time. Pool area was clean and pool was refreshing during the summer heat.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. Our room was spacious and was cleaned daily. The hotel also offers ample space for car parking. Despite our late check-in and very early checkout, everything went smoothly, thanks to the 24-hour reception. Breakfast was decent, with a nice selection including croissants and cakes. Although it's about 20 minutes by car from Naples city center, the location offers a very convenient access to the autostrada. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we visit Napoli.

We just returned home from Italy and we had a fabulous time! Hotel San Mauro is a beautiful hotel in a quiet neighbourhood where you could visit a small bakery, pizza store, restaurant, along with a supermarket, where you could buy alcohol, and any other snacks/drinks for a reasonable price. All within a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel has a great buffet breakfast for the entire family every morning from 7-10 am. It also has a nice swimming pool that was wonderful to go into after our day trips in the hot sun. We only wished that it didn't close at 6 pm. The hotel was about 30 minutes away from down town Naples by bus. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the local Volla bus station any time we needed it. The drivers were wonderful! From Volla station our family did various day trips, such as to Naples, Capri, Sorrento, and Pompeii. Sorrento and Pompeii required a train as well. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The taxi to and from the airport was 45 Euros, which was a bit on the expensive side, given that the airport was only 10 minutes away. Overall, we had an amazing experience visiting Italy, while using the hotel as our home base! Thank you to everyone at the hotel 😊

Decent hotel in not so great neighborhood

The hotel was decent. It’s not nearly as nice as it looks in the pictures, but it looks like most of it (except the carpets) has been updated recently enough. There was no coffee in the room. There was a hair dryer. The mattresses and pillows were very thin, but we all slept comfortably anyway. The staff were very helpful. Our room had a nice view of Vesuvius. The neighborhood was not great as far as we could tell.

The staff at the reception desk was unfriendly. no coffee or tea pot provided in the room. Every night, a group of teenagers gathered in the parking lot in front of the hotel, causing a significant disturbance that made it impossible to fall asleep until 1-2 AM. The hotel management ignored these noise. Although breakfast hours were from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, by 8:00 AM, there was no food left to eat. A group of tourists who arrived by bus consumed all the available food, and the staff did not bother to restock it. they were preoccupied with arranging tables for lunch. 6. Once the room cleaner failed to clean our room after we had left. No one offered an apology. they sent us a few towels, and the room remained unclean and untidy. Furthermore, the provision of basic amenities was inconsistent: soap and tissue paper were sometimes provided and sometimes not. 7. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, but it does not belong to the hotel. We were unaware of this, and no one informed us that there was a separate parking area for hotel guests. The next day, we were scolded for parking there. • The actual hotel parking lot is extremely difficult to get in or out. because of a pillar positioned in the middle of the driveway. Payment was collected two days before our arrival, despite my having made a special arrangement and paying an extra fee to pay upon arrival. Single Positive Point: The one positive aspect was the on-demand shuttle serv to the train station and back

El Hotel cumple con lo que dicen , un hotel cerca de Nápoles sin tener que entrar a la ciudad, cerca del aeropuerto y con estacionamiento gratis. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. La decoración y la calidad de las sábanas y colchas podría mejorar. El restaurante bueno y bien atendido. Ganske fin hotel og pool men interiøret kunne trænge til en opdatering. Store og rene værelser og normal udvalg til morgenmad. Det var også dejlig med gratis og sikker parkering til vores lejebil. Sød og smilende rengøringspersonale, vi havde kun kontakt med øvrige personale, da vi tjekkede ind og ud. Beliggenheden var knap så god, hvis vi ikke havde lejebil, så havde vi kedet os. Der er intet at lave i området og meget få restauranter. Vi følte også lidt utryg ved at gå rundt om aftenen i området.

Frokost med godt utvalg. God service. Vi hadde sent fly på avreisedagen, og fikk kostnadsfritt late check out slik at vi kunne nyte formiddagen ved bassenget før avreise.
