The position is perfect near to the center ! The room was really clean and nice even if the window curtains are pratically absent! The breakfast was appropriate, Just a thing the staff want to know the hour of coming but i prefer to be free with the alarm on vacation , the staff was kind and understood our needs! We are travelling with our dog and they are Pet friendly but Just an advice you have to pay For your pet and this will be clearer during the reservation as was not specified !

The check in went smoothly, the young man at the front desk was very informative, friendly and helpful. The room was tiny and old, the towels(a green colored hand towel and a white bath towel with old dark stains)are extremely old, an old toilet in the extremely narrowed corner without any flushing systems ( no attached water tank, no strings to pull, no any sorts of buttons to push around it, neither did i see anything to step on to flush it)

Hôtel vieillot, chambre avec douche sans aération. Obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour éliminer la buée. Au moins le lit était confortable et propre.

Mieux vaut fermer les lieux...

Parfois quand on découvre la façade à l'entrée principale, c'est pas toujours la vitrine de ce qu'il y a à l'intérieur. Et bien ici, si. C'est légèrement glauque, ça sent la poubelle et pire, la réception est au premier étage, sans ascenseur. J'ai la chambre 17, je me suis dite "ouf, c'est au 1er". Mais non, c'est le dernier étage, au troisième sans ascenseur, avec un escalier en colimaçon. Les lumières ne fonctionnent pas à tous les étages dans les couloirs, il vaut mieux ne pas rentrer tard. Les chambres sont pires que les couloirs. Impossibilité d'ouvrir ma fenêtre. Enfin si... Une fenêtre sur deux. Bien sûre la deuxième n'est pas atteignable pour aérer la pièce. C'est vrai qu'il est agréable de sentir la moisissure TOUTE la nuit / journée. Désagréable au possible quand vous dînez dans la chambre. Tout l'appartement est sale du sol au plafond. La seule chose qui est propre, c'est la baignoire qui a l'air quasi neuve. Mais je ne me suis pas douché car j'avais peur que le gel douche qu'il propose était le gel l'avant main, comme il y en avait pas. Impossible de fermer la porte de la salle de bain à cause de la peinture mal fait. Les pièces étant mal isolées, on entend TOUT. L'insécurité y règne, même les prises font peur. La télécommande tellement sale que j'ai pas allumé la télévision. Même pour une nuit, n'y allez pas ! Je vais voir si une inspection peut passer par là-bas... Bonne nouvelle : pas de punaise de lit mais un matelas sur deux flétrie. Et le linge est très fin.

Hôtel calme chambre spacieuse. Accueil très bien. Bon rapport qualité prix. Seul regret petit déjeuner à partir de 8h trop tard quand on travaille.bien situé proche de la place Stanislas.

A l'arrivée, on tombe sur une déco très glauque avec croco empaillé. J'arrive dans la chambre je constate que c'est vieillot et mal entretenu. En regardant de plus près je vois surtout que c'est très sale, le lavabo et les miroirs n'ont absolument pas été nettoyés avant mon arrivée, je vous passe les détails sur la brosse wc ... La première nuit a été affreuse, quelqu'un a tombouriné sur la porte d'entrée a 1h du matin et ca a duré très longtemps j'étais à 2 doigts d'appeler la police et je regrette de pas l'avoir fait apres la réponse que m'a fait l'agent d'accueil... Bref hôtel à fuir tant niveau propreté que confort et sécurité

Hotel molto vicino al centro ed alla stazione dei treni,la stanza era molto spartana,calda,non climatizzata,al mio arrivo mancavano gli asciugamani e la carta igienica che mi sono stati forniti in un secondo momento,personale sbrigativo e insofferente,colazione cara e imposta,non si può scegliere,ti portano un cestino e ti devi accontentare,da dire comunque che il prezzo rispecchia i servizi,se ci si accontenta va bene

Bon compromis pour l’hyper-centre

L’hôtel de l’Académie vaut surtout pour son rapport prix / localisation. Le personnel est aimable, la chambre spacieuse mais un peu « dans son jus » genre flashback dans les années 70’. Petit déjeuner correct mais un peu cher (9€).
