Lacking description in the booking
I expect to have the private dining since it is the same price on Japanian.com when I booked. But when I arrived, they told me I am in the public area. The reason I like the private dining is because I can avoid the drum show noise. But I was very close to the stage during dining with the loud hitting drum. Luckily it is 15 mins hitting. Otherwise I might have a huge headache after dinner. I hope they can info customers in the future about their dining condition. I also add the black throat fish for extra payment. It is very salty by the way they cooked. i won’t recommend to order it.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry for the volume of the drum made you feel uncomfortable. Absolutely, we should remind guests before the show start. In fact, there is two places for guests to watch the show while eating: the public area '' Dining Restaurant AI'', and private rooms called ''CHYARYO''. If there is any chance you may have come to the AENOKAZE hotel again, you could choose the private dining room of booking plan. We also shared your comment about the black throat fish with our kitchen. Once again, we are sorry that you did NOT have a good staying experience here this time. 全体的に合格水準を上回る内容でしたが、料理は講釈の割に大したことは無いのが残念でした。能登の新鮮な素材を感じられませんでした。

全体的に可もなく不可もなく、満足です。食事も美味しかった。スタッフの方も丁寧。温泉は、もう少し豪華なものを想像していましたが、大きな内湯ひとつに小さな露天風呂がひとつ。加賀屋本館の温泉にもシャトルバスを使って入れるそうなので、それでカバーされているのでは。ただ、湯質はとてもよく肌がすべすべになり満足。 ただ、トータルしてコスパはあまり良くないと思った。
