"We had a great time at the resort. The staff were very courteous and friendly and welcoming. We definitely would like to visit again. The only downside is the road to the property was very treacherous and difficult to get to. It could use some work. "

"This resort is not finished and not fully operational. The main building and pool are under construction and not looking like they will be open any time soon. We were the only guests at the resort (which was terrifying), so, they had very limited food items and a very small staff. We were handed a menu, but they had none of the items on the menu. The cabins were nice and clean, but our family cottage was at the back of the resort. This is where the terrifying part comes in!!! At 2 o'clock in the...

"Despite being told that my booking was guaranteed and that you withdrew monies from my account - on arrival I was told that Sunbird had no knowledge of the booking, were full and had no knowledge of Hotels.com. My husband and I were left without any accommodation in the vicinity because of the World Rally Championships. You failed to respond to emails and phone calls to date. And have not refunded my money"

"Pros: -excellent breakfast buffet with variety of hot items, pastries, cereal, hot beverages, yogurt, and fruit -staff were very accommodating and friendly -beautiful and expansive grounds -very clean -dinner at the restaurant was very tasty -large room with bedside lamps and outlets for charging Cons: -very close to the main road so front facing rooms were loud -every high bathroom window opened into the hallway and couldn’t be closed. -very little sound insulation so if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs -area around the hotel was very bustling and not very cleanable "
