Great for families

Great accommodation. Short walk to town. Friendly staff. Nice big swimming pool which the kids loved. I've stayed there before and would stay again.

Unfortunately I had to move into a 2 bedrooms because 1 bedroom block doesn’t have elevators. Staff was amazing especially Felicita who kept our apartment immaculate. Location was excellent due to close proximity to everything. Couches and beds could use upgrade. Wifi wasn’t too great but ok. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay there again. The apartments met our needs.

We rented an apartment in the lot. Though in two nights we found 3 dead cockroaches it was a pleasant stay. The apartments are very. near one of Africa's best restaurant and the pool is very nice. This is a smaller section for the young ones, which makes it really pleasant. It's pleasant if your not going to stay long... A little pricey for what it. was to. be honest

Stayed at Norfolk Towers Serviced Apartments for 2 nights at the start of a3 week family trip to Kenya. The apartment was big so we had plenty of space and it was conveniently located near the University and part of the city. It served our needs but the rooms were quite tired in look and feel - this might get to you if staying for much longer. Swimming pool was close and a decent size. There are no other amenities on site so you need to walk/taxi to town to get provisions. The WiFi was also quite patchy. Reception were helpful with organising our airport pick up etc.

The staff from security, maintenance and receptionist are welcoming. Hotel is walk-able to downtown/central business district and easy access to main roads and expressway to airport if you drive. Hotel is affordable but does not have onsite restaurant, but has options to cook food in your room. You can request a fan if room is hot since there is no AC in room. Hot water provided. There is also a room and laundry room with wash machine, however no dryer but you can request a cloths line which you can set up on balcony/patio. Overall good experience staying here.

Property is located in a convenient location if you are doing business in Nairobi walkable to down town Nairobi & close to freeway to International Airport. The staff here is great, especially the security team. Rooms don't have air conditioning so it can get really hot in the summer seasons...they provide a fan upon request. Laundry room is far off from room, if you are staying for long. Not a lot of entertainment option to view on the in-room tv. There's a pool. Property is close to road so morning can get noisy if window is open due to matatu traffic. No dining options here so you have to order food or drive/walk to restaurants in Nairobi.

Ok Apartments horrible service

The apartments are ok but if you plan to get any work donr look elsewhere. The net or business office never works and no matter how many times you ssk for assistance no one cares. They have a technical support that works from home and the help they offer is telling you to wait till midnight and see if anything will work.

Norfolk Towers excellent accommodation

NTSA is fine place to stay, spacious and well furnished rooms, wifi functioning well and fine staff. Excellent for work as well as for holiday trips. Certainly value for money, also due self catering facilities.

I liked the size of the rooms.They were very welcoming and even gave us an upgraded room. The property looked dated especially the kitchen. It had the 1960s decor which was in contrast to the pictures i saw online.

Older property in a quiet part of Nairobi but easy access to downtown walking morning through early evening (don’t walk outside compound at night). Apartments with stove, fridge, cooking utensils and kitchen sink. Big room with sofas, balcony and plenty of room. Mosquito nets should be on rectangular frame and not round handing from ceiling. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and available 24/7.

The apartments are kept clean and the security is tight. The workers at the property, including the security guards conducted themselves in a professional manner and most importantly they were friendly and helpful. The apartments are conveniently situated very close to the city center (about 10 minutes walk); helps to avoid the annoying city traffic. Obviously, the property needs some updating - a coat of paint, new ironing boards and irons, etc. There are No elevators and so you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs, if you happen to get a room on the upper levels.

I stayed at a studio at the very top floor had to go up to 4th floor,security was perfect although no lifts, security guards did help with luggage and every time I had a visitor or delivery they would call my room to check and also accompany the guest to my room and made sure it was safe before they left, staff were very friendly too.
