" This hotel was great for our family of four. Our plane didn’t land until 12 am and so we had contacted our the hotel to let them know around 3 pm that day. When we arrived at midnight it was very tough to wake up the staff and they were not prepared for us. They gave us two rooms even though we didn’t need two rooms. "It’s a lovely palace but the bathroom toilet was not working properly. The first night we woke up to a pool of cold water. The hot water was minimal. You had to rush showering before the water went on the colder side. The bathroom was not well kept. We had requested a heater as the room was very cold. The area the hotel is in is dreadful. "
