Convenient location within walking distance approx 8 mins to subway. Close to shops and cafes. Hotel is clean but a bit old. Staff is friendly. I had a pleasant stay there.

栄からも徒歩圏内でアクセスは良い。 部屋の設備は古くて、洗面台にヒビがあったり見た目の印象は悪い。 宿代を安くあげたいならアリかも。

利便性とスタッフの対応は良かったです。 老朽化が目立ち部屋のチェーンも半壊してましたので安全上も不安でしたし、ユニットバスも赤カビやら黒カビやらが目立ちかなり不衛生。 スリッパもせめて使い捨てタイプにして欲しいです。 あと部屋の壁から謎の水が湧いて出てきた…あれは何だったのかなとも思っています。

栄から徒歩10分以内で飲食店も近くにたくさんあり、便利です。 施設はかなり古く、ドアの端や水道の根元など真っ黒です。 シャワーカーテンは生乾きの臭いがしました。 スタッフの方の対応はとてもよく、親切に案内してくれました。

バスルームのコップが置いてあるトレーに沢山の短い毛が落ちていました。 ドライヤーも変形していて使用するのが不安でした。 Wi-Fiのパスワードも繋がらなかったです。
