"There was some kind of bug carcass in my room. Thought it was a freaking frog at first. I had to call my son back into the room to check it out. The outlets next to the bed (on the nightstands) were loose and/or broken which made them unusable. Glad I only stayed 1 night. Won’t be back."

"The staff was friendly and tried being helpful, but…. The room(s) was disgusting. Floor wet. Muskey smell. Rust in shower. Trouble with room key(s). I could go on but it seems pointless. The price was right, but given the room issues I would rather pay double for a nicer place. I would not stay again."

"I didn't like anything. It was so bad that I went to a different hotel. The door to the room did not work. There was paper towel stuffed in the peak hole. The bathroom was filthy. I've never had such a bad experience as this one. There was die bugs on the floor. I can keep going. When you go back to talk to the staff and the frist thing they ask if you want a different room, then you know, it's pretty bad. Please dont go there."

"The waffles were good. It was close to nearly everything. Staff at front desk were rude. Room cleanliness was average. For a very last minute booking on a holiday weekend, it suited its purpose."

Safety hazard...I opened the door to step out of my room and there was a moving water hose on the ground. no safety warning or anything. I walked to my car and the man on the second floor was hosing off the second floor and the water just poured over the sides.....no warning. I had to ask him to stop spraying me. the parking was insufficient. Office staff very rude like they just didn't...

"It was a nice stay for a quick stop. The door to the bathroom doesn’t fully close. The shower would leak at random times, the bathrooms in the lobby don’t have locks. The sheets were dirty but The staff were nice and helpful though."

"I absolutely love the location!!......However, upgrades are definitely in order......We made the best of the experience, it was my husband's birthday and I didn't want the condo not being clean ruin it for him.....The staff on the property were pleasant and super professional. Mrs. Elaine, our maintenance professional, was absolutely amazing as well!!! She was a highlight 😊......Everything would have been perfect had our condo been clean!!!!!!!!"

"Dirtiest room I’ve ever seen. The only positive is Cynthia at the friend desk was kind and welcoming. Manager was a jerk. Smelly room - so bad my asthma started to flare up. Bathroom was atrocious we had to wear sandals. It had to have broken sanitary violations. We checked out a day early and the owner / manager wouldn’t give us the $ back for that night. This place needs reported. Pool was dirty."

"So the hotel is under renovation. If you will be bothered by that I would not recommend. We enjoyed it because our goal was the beach. We didn't stay in the room much. It was just a place to sleep. Even with the renovation the rooms were clean. It was quiet. The staff's behavior was efficient. You aren't going to get someone who is smiling a lot. Think Department of motor vehicles. They aren't rude. Just very much seems like the light has been sucked from their soul. Ultimately if you don't...
