I am a cancer patient and there was a straight blade under one of the beds that cut my mom’s foot while we were visiting. Had this been my foot bc of the meds I take it would have taken me a long time to stop bleeding…

The staff was informative and helpful. They upgraded our room. The restaurant was nice and food good. I was a bit surprised that a guest would have to pay $10.00 to park if they booked a stay. The bar area and bar was nice. Overall a nice hotel and great stay. Would stay again.

Check in was very easy and person at the desk was very polite. The bellman desk was also awesome . Had a late flight and they kept my bag till I left for the airport. My room was cleaned every day which I really appreciated. I was there for a week and was in the convention area most the time. It’s not a bad walk at all. Don’t forget to visit the ice cream store! Dining is reasonably priced for a hotel. The bar area also serves food. There’s a coffee shop that has Starbucks coffee and bakery.
