"Room had clean bedding but a dirty floor in both main and bathroom. I checked in after front desk closed for the day. Upon informing them of the conditions, they offered to clean day after. Shower handle was broken. Impossible to shower without holding the wand in your hand. Shower is tiny. Not possible to shower, we are thin people. Dirty coffee machine. Water still inside smelled of mold. No air con in bedroom. Only a fan. Too bad they didnt even offer a different room."

"It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. But none of these would make us not wanting to revisit and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to...

"A beautiful setting to explore the enchanted village of Archanes. Be prepared for lots of friendly cats, you may wish to bring some treats with you, or pick some up at the local market. Hosts recommendations for dining and exploring were very good."

The location was also excellent for everything we needed, very close to shopping and restaurants. The host was always available for all communication and even reserved a taxi for us when needed.
