The room is very nice. High barrel ceilings with windows that open to the street below. Nice couch by the winows which can be used for sleeping. Floating bed with space below for storage. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Nice bathroom vanity with separate shower area and water closet. Lots of storage space for hanging clothes and drawers for clothes and personal items. Cleaning staff did an excellent job and cleaned early to allow us to have access to the room at 12pm on checkin day. The negatives are as follows: - There is no lobby or in person checkin available. Need to contact hotel 24h before the stay to checkin. - Tried to contact hotel through messages, e-mail and telephone wIth no response. - Finally after arriving in Mykanos and contacting Expedia at the ferry terminal the hotel host contacted me by phone and informed us she would meet us at the hotel. Told us to phone when arriving. - After arriving at hotel tried 5 times to contact host, no answer. - Tried contacting by whatsapp and host answered. Learned valuable lesson. In Europe taxi drivers, hosts, ect will not answer calls. They only use whatsapp. - shower is very nice but the drain appears to be plugged because after a 5m shower the water is overflowing onto the bathroom floor. - shops below close at 11pm-12am and there are no bars or clubs below so the noise from the street and shops is very light. after 12am the younger crowd comes out and parties. They are very loud and stop at 3am.
