"Luxury hotel in a great location. "

"The location is great and it’s nice that breakfast is included, but I think the product selection could be better. The room space wasn’t very practical, and the floors looked a bit messy with things lying around. It would help to have more hangers and better mirror placement since there’s not much light where they are, especially in the bathroom where it gets foggy. Cleaning is said to be every four days, but even if you request it in advance, it’s not always guaranteed. Overall, an okay stay but with room for improvement."

"This hotel was wonderful in every way but the staff were truly exceptional - extremely helpful, gracious, friendly and lovely. The room was spacious, the mattress comfortable, daily housekeeping was meticulous, the bathroom was good sized, the shower was roomy and WiFi was excellent. The location of the hotel was also ideal for me. Subways are convenient and many sights are within walking distance. I have to close with more praise for the staff - they went above and beyond in their efforts to ensure my stay was perfect!! Thank you to the staff!!! One gentleman in particular helped me recover my phone which I accidentally left in the taxi upon arriving at the hotel. Needless to say, there were several hours of uncertainty but he worked tirelessly to help out and by midnight, my phone was returned! Only in South Korea!😊"

"Clean room. Staff is nice. Close to everything and the subway line 2 and 3. However, for an expensive hotel, i would have loved to have real coffee in the room and not those teabags. The coffee in the room was not good. The carpet needs to be replaced. "

"This hotel is not well maintained, the walls are all scratched, the rooms have a weird smell and its location next to the subway isn’t actually great because that subway line doesn’t take you to the tourist locations. Don’t recommend! The room was also smaller than expected and lacked lustre. The staff was also super incompetent, they tell you to use the laundry service you need to get the bag at the front desk but they don’t actually have it. Complete waste of time."

"We stayed 6 days for our family trip. Location is very central, 5 mins walk to train station (Exit 6). 5 mins walk to Myeongdong Main Street, restaurant, coffee shop, grocery and convenience store. LOTTE department store is just right across the street. Mins walk from Airport Bus (6015) to hotel. "
