It’s so nice to get away for a little while and Baymont is the way to go, the rooms are affordable and always very clean. I love the pool and hot tub, I could relax in there forever. Definitely will be going back soon

Found a mouse hole in the room, the mice scurrying around woke us up at night. The cable never worked, luckily we had brought a Roku. The batteries in the tv remote were dead. Couldn’t bring any beverages with us into the pool area. The room was picked up, but it didn’t feel clean. The staff wern’t at the desk half the time I rang the bell and waited 5 minutes to check in, they didn’t answer their front desk phone either. The wall outlets in the room did not work, I went to plug in my phone charger and kids tablet chargers and they just fell right out. The double room was extremely cramped, aside from the bed, there was no room at all for the kids to play. If I had noticed the mouse hole earlier on in my stay I would have requested a new room. Will not be staying here ever again.

Hotel was good, staff was ok. Only suggestion I would give is if you state that a room holds 5 people then it shouldn’t be an issue to get more than two towels.

During that time we were experiencing a shortage of said towels. This has since been alleviated. We hope that you choose to stay with us again for your future trips to the Muskegon area.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel with my husband and it was an amazing experience. We stayed in the King Suite with the jacuzzi bathtub and it was so amazing. Will definitely be coming back

pretty good and clean for the price you pay for it. pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing. the breakfest is very average, nothing too impressive there.

Staff were friendly when checking in and housekeeping staff were also friendly and personable. Room was clean, one outlet had a broken faceplate but manager was quick to repair it. The beds were very firm/stiff and not comfortable at all. The rollaway bed had almost no cushion, so it felt like laying directly on springs. The free breakfast was very limited but would be okay for most guests. For the price of our stay, i wasnt exactly expecting top notch amenities but lack of good sleep options made for a less than desirable stay.

When you walk in, there is a musky smell inside the hallway, lingering into the rooms. Also I killed a big bug first thing in the bathroom. There were smaller ones crawling around. I couldn't rest all because of the circumstances. I already have a heart and breathing problem. We've been staying there for years but never again. I feel like I should have gotten a full refund.
