That person was able to email the hotel and explain the situation, and the hotel was able to accommodate the person in place, with added proof. SImple easy no problem. We also had a snafu with our bank as they thought our card was stolen and declined the purchase of the reservation. The people at the front desk were patient and professional while we dealt with the bank snafu. The room was clean and spacious,...
"My husband and I stayed at Breakers for 2 nights…a great choice! Our ground-level room was a direct walk to the beach only a few yards away.
The staff members were friendly and helpful. The restaurants were delicious, especially the outdoor pizza oven and bar.
This is a well renovated older hotel with great amenities. The biggest selling point is that beautiful beachfront. I am already planning my next visit!"

"Great location right across form the marina and walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and the ferry to Mac Island. We arrived super late after sailing across the lake and the staff made sure we could still check in even though their office was closed. "
"Our room was in great condition and clean. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast…ok. The room was extremely small and hard to get around with so many people. We did not use the pool, but our friends did and it was super cloudy, which looked gross, but could have been from an over abundance of chemicals? Either way, cleanliness is always my top concern and this place was just that, so I would definitely stay here again. "

"The renovations were beautiful. One suggestion would be that you upgrade the locks on the doors to a deadbolt type. The doorknob lock left us a little concerned, also daylight could be seen coming through from around the door. Regardless, not only would we look forward to staying again, but we would also wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting St Ignace."
