"There was noting unique about the property or the service or amenities. The room facing the street was very noisy and they turn off the AC from the main control at night so the room was hot!! Staff was not very helpful providing direction or suggestion. I definitely won’t stay here."

"For me, only saved by the staff and the nice cafe attached where we got breakfast (included) and cocktails (extra!) The room NeVEr got cool, despite having the AC on full. The shower area was extremely grotty and mouldy. We were in the ground floor and unfortunately got a lot of elevator noise, and noise from doors opening from early in the morning. And a hotel in southern Italy having those horrible plastic sachets of instant coffee in the room…??"

"I did not have a ocean view I had a basement room ..it was clean basic and adequate..it’s not exactly ocean front, some of the photos used are not of the property itself, but at a beach kiosk quite a walk away and was closed which is quite deceiving and I would not say it’s a hotel and it’s not a bed and breakfast either it’s a guest house room and bathroom, no Wifi, some form of satalite tv no English speaking channels it did have a fridge and on the positive was lovely quite and safe at night....

"Good location, but unfortunately a very disappointing stay.
The air conditioning did not work in either of the two rooms we had. We reported the issue and asked for a fan. The person who received us said he would see if he could find one, but he never came back with one and never followed up.

"Staff was really lovely and welcoming to us and let us check in 30 minutes early as the room was ready. Breakfast was good in the morning lots of options. House keeping was very friendly. However our room had a weird hand print on the wall that was kind of red/dark. The beds are very uncomfortable and springy. You can hear every single person in the hallway which makes it hard to sleep. There was also a weird clicking sound in the room that would go off. Besides that it’s an excellent location...
