"My stay at Diamond Lesvos was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, I was not given the balcony room with the view that I had booked. Instead, we were placed in a completely different ground-floor room with direct outdoor access. There was also a cat clearly used to entering the room, constantly trying to get inside through the door and windows, scratching and knocking when it couldn’t. "I am not even going to write about how terrible this so called hotel is but it is nothing like they try to sell to you. I left and found another place to stay when I arrived. They promised me a refund but did not give me my money back, hotels dot com tried to help me but they had no luck. They are thieves. Avoid this hotel. "
