立地は中心部からは少し離れますが、却って静かな環境となります。Arabellaparkの駅前には少し店舗などがあります。13階の部屋からの眺望はとても良かったです。 施設は清潔かつ高級感があります。

Wieder sehr guter Aufenthalt im Westin Grand. Wir waren im Schwimmbad, Sauna - haben im Paulaner´s Restaurant wirklich super gegessen und wie immer zum Abschluß des Abends in der Westin-Bar einige Cocktails getrunken. Das Hotel ist wirklich NUR ZU EMPFEHLEN, auch hat es unseren Kid´s sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren über Silvester und hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt. Der Wellness Bereich ist wirklich angenehm und auch die Lobby ist toll. Es gibt einen kleinen „Supermarkt“ im Hotel, was wirklich sehr praktisch ist! Das Personal ist freundlich und nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt- würde ich defintiv weiterempfehlen!

Bitte bei der Buchung beachten, dass genügend Betten geordert sind...3 Personen 1 Bett funktioniert nicht. AUFPREIS!! Zimmer verstaubt und das Badezimmer verkalkt. Schwimmbad darf mit Kindern nur bis 18 Uhr genutzt werden!! Steht nur auf der Hotelseite! Nicht bei Expedia!! Frühstück war ok. Teilweise zu spät aufgefüllt, wobei das Personal sehr nett und bemüht war. Aber manche Gäste sind scheinbar immer am Verhungern und müssen ihre Teller über und über befüllen. Personal teilweise sehr reserviert. Für ein Hotel der Mariottgruppe nicht empfehlenswert. Viele Gäste haben dies auch bemängelt.

Wir übernachten als Familie in Westin gerne, da es großzügige Zimmer hat, ruhig gelegen und Pool hat. Das Hotel liegt in der gute Umgebung mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Parkplätze und breite Eingang. Das ist uns wichtig, da wir Geschwisterkinderwagen haben. Personal sind freundlich aber Servicekräfte können die Gäste mehr grüßen,insgesamt merkt man, ob man in Westin Deutschland oder Südostasien ist. Zimmer Austattung sind gut, aber manche Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Regendusch hat keinen Knopf z.B. Funktioniert nur der kleineren Duschkopf. Uns gefällt, da das Zimmer groß ist, besonders das Bett ist sehr bequem, das Zimmer hat kleinen Bar und eine Badewanne. Fehlt aber Badelatsche und Bademantel im Zimmer/im Schrank. Wellness ist gemütlich und unter der Woche meistens ruhig.

Unorganisiertes Hotel
Service, Vorallem an der Rezeption und an der Bar war sehr unorganisiert und das an Silvester !!! Ewige Wartezeit auf ein Getränk Zimmer für 3 gebucht und gezahlt und bei Ankunft nur ein Bett. Viel Zeit vertan Schwimmbad absolut keine Plätze frei man musste seine Sachen auf Tische oder Stühle legen. War insgesamt nicht schön, würde ich auch nicht mehr besuchen.

An Silvester hat Hotel den Spa-Bereich auch für 3 Stern Schwesterhotel geöffnet. Dementsprechend überfüllt mit unkultivierten Gästen ohne Benehmen und Anstand. Bravo gutes Konzept

Little things
Very helpful staff, restaurant was delicious in the lobby. The curtains would bot close and were half hanging down off the clips on one side and the sinks would not drain, but the lobby staff was informed and hopefully it got fixed. The front lobby staff were super sweet. We were there on Christmas day and one of the ladies gave us two chocolate Christmas trees as a gift.

Auf den Fotos sehr schönes Hotel, allerdings ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit lässt ebenfalls zu Wünschen übrig. Ansonsten nettes Personal, schöner Ausblick und geräumige Zimmer.

Quality accommodations in Arabellapark. Walking distance to English Garden and other areas of interest. Conveniently located near public transit. Staff was helpful and kind, especially when many of us were stranded due to a blizzard. Grateful i booked here!

Large comfortable rooms with separate shower and bathtub. Wonderful breakfast with a very friendly and helpful staff. You are able to buy local train tickets at concierge desk which makes life easier.

Amazing facility, really great staff, quiet area. Our room was on the 15th floor providing an amazing view of the city and beautiful sunsets. I will definitely stay there again..

I have stayed at this property and would again especially for Oktoberfest since it is on the same U line. The staff and common areas good including the breakfast. The rooms are dated. The room I was in had multiple stains on the carpet and so much mold in the shower. If they update the rooms this would be the perfect hotel for an easy stay in Munich.

Clean place. Breakfast Buffet is off the chain! Nice dining options & Bar. Only a 2 block walk from the U-Bahn station, to get anywhere in Munich. My only complaint is there is not actually a hot tub "as advertised on Expedia", only a jetted area in the regular pool. Otherwise, great experience.

Large opulent common areas in hotel but once you get to rooms it changes. Mold in shower. No regular housekeeping, not even towels and coffee without asking daily. Then still not done and had to wait in bar for hour for what was supposed to be housekeeping. But all they did was leave towels and 2 packets of coffee. Expected more for $500 per night. Front desk staff was apologetic each day but we had a 4 night stay and the room was never serviced without asking each day and then once not even after asking. Food poisoning last day. Only ate at breakfast buffet and hotel restaurant.

Came here for a business conference with my spouse. Great location- safe-quite with nice lobby & breakfast. However, very poor rating on maintenance and very poor customer service response. Simple example 1. Toilet flush stopped working at about 6 pm with constant leak when we got back to room after day long outing & tired. Tried calling front desk & service for nearly 30 minutes from room to inform. Finally front desk picked up and said they are sending someone to fix it. Nobody came until morning while we went to bed early. Again called in the morning. None showed up for several hours. Personally, went to desk and in a long line to before I could tell the same thing. Meanwhile, we had to use outside toilet in the lobby. It was surely terrible. Finally they attended & fixed it in the morning. The flush again stooped working and leaking in the late evening. Went down to get the service. In room phone simply donot work. 2. The A/C in rooms stops cooling for few hours past mid night on all four nights we stayed. Perhaps, they cycle it due to too much heat load and insufficient power capacity. Hotel did not compensate for all the agony we went through. It is surely an iconic hotel with great location and amenities. But many things don't work. We found out that there are many better options in the area with lower price than this one charging ~250 Euros/night as a special conference rate.
