Was disappointed to arrive around 5.30pm to be told the room was not ready, we had to wait for approx 25 minutes, in which time we were not offered a drink or anything.
Once in the room it was amazing and could not be faulted. It was very clean and had everything we needed.
Sadly again breakfast service was poor, after asking for black tea we waited 25 minutes and then had to ask again before it finally arrived. The food choice was good, although someone should check how fresh the bread stays, and they seemed to struggle with poached egg.
One guy on reception was lovely, as was the room service guy, but by far the most polite and professional member of staff was the doorman, move him to the dining service team he could really show them a thing or two.
