"Nice area on frontage road. Good check in. Only problem was the bathroom. No shower curtain. That’s right no curtain or water sheet. Also no bath products; shampoo, soap or conditioner. The bathroom floor and main room need a deep clean and vacuum- it was like being at the beach. Sand and dirt. I mopped up the bathroom to get the sand and grit. Mentioned it to staff as was advised to take it up with Expedia since that was whom I made the reservation with. "

Got to the hotel at 1245am to be told they had no rooms available. Got into my email to get the confirmation number where i see that I got a receipt for my check in at 809pm. Which wasn’t us. They gave our room to someone else and never called. Still waiting on a response from the manager "
