"Location and amenities perfect! The only issue I encountered during my stay was the consistent absence of soap in the dispenser. Ensuring it’s regularly refilled would greatly improve the overall guest experience. I stayed in an apartment that featured a washing machine, stove, and sink in the kitchen area. Providing cleaning and washing supplies would further enhance the convenience and value of this space for guests. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant! "

"Great hotel. Great location. Amazing room (family suite). Just make sure when you check in not to fall into their manipulation of you can upgrade your room - I went to see the room that they wanted me to upgrade to, and it wasn't as good as the one that I originally ordered (so I didn't upgrade). However, they were nice and gave me credits to use in the hotel services/restaurants which was really nice. I didn't like the fact that there is always a cigarette smell coming from the casino.
