"We loved our stay at the resort: beautiful pools, beach, room, and restaurants. Staff helpful and kind. Food excellent with huge menu with lots of options. Short walk to red dunes!"

"La chambre avec vue sur mer était extraordinaire, les plages magnifiques. L’hôtel est un tout-compris avec buffet. Une grosse partie de la clientèle provient de Russie. Si vous n’avez pas payé pour un tout-compris, et êtes un pauvre petit Québécois, vous sentirez étranger en ces lieux. Les activités sont bilingues, vietnamiens et russes. Je me suis fait plusieurs fois apostropher, car ne portant pas le bracelet, je devais prouver mon appartenance au lieu. Le menu à la carte auquel j’avais...

"The facility is huge and impersonal. Many of the facilities were not open or unfinished. One night after we were in bed there was a hammering on our door and, honestly, a dozen police were there demanding to see our passports with no explanation why, as none spoke English. The beach is littered with plastic. Our deluxe room had no chair only a beanbag and there was no safe or option to store valuables. "

"The resort hotel was good overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a nice variety of choices and was one of the highlights of our stay. The beach area was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean views. While there is room for improvement in some areas, we had an enjoyable stay."

"There’s nothing nice to say about this hotel except crowded unruly guests, unfriendly and lazy staffs. Breakfast buffet was just okay located in different building very inconvenient. Booked 3 rooms, all bathrooms’ faucets were leaked. Would definitely not come back."

"The room was very nice and comfortable. The drawbacks were mainly focused on the disorganization upon arrival, as the staff seemed uncertain as to getting us to our accommodations. Additionally, the food and beverage offerings were a bit underwhelming. Apparently, due to it being a holiday weekend, the main restaurant only offered buffet service at dinner with no ala carte options, despite the menu looking appealing.
