From the first moment, I walked into this hotel I was greeted with a warm and kind reception. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the pool outside the room was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The food is absolutely delicious at this hotel. We ate most of our meals at the hotel. The pre-breakfast was also delicious. The area around the hotel is also stunning, filled with restaurants and shops. I like this hotel so much I canceled one hotel just so I can come back to this hotel before leaving Bodrum. I love this hotel and the staff.

Best hotel in Bodrum city center!!!

We had an amazing stay!!! From the moment we walked in the service was excellent!!! And the design is so modern and beautiful! We loved the room we got which was not officially a room with pool access but it still did:) the hotel is also super clean! the breakfast was also very good, served inside and on the beach! And the hotel has direct access to the bar street! This is definitely the best choice in Bodrum city center! Would definitely choose this hotel again!!!!!

The staff were friendly and always on hand to help & assist us with anything we asked. The breakfast was included but felt bit limited, it continental but not much. Our room cleaner done a good job. There was a few things with what looks like bit of water damage to wall, but overall we were happy. We had the pool access room and it was really nice to have that

Great location by the sea front, the room is comfortable as well as the bed. Few details in the room that looks unfinished. Breakfast was disappointing, very slow service.. 30 mn for a filter coffee. Don’t be in a rush.

BED BUG INFESTATION!! DO NOT BOOK!! I’m not usually one to post reviews, but feel it is my duty to warn ANYONE thinking about booking this hotel. From check in on night one, my sleep was absolutely awful, I was itching all night and found it very difficult to sleep. When I woke up, I had several marks on my forehead, arms and back. Thinking they were mosquitos, I got repellant in the hopes that it would go away. By night 3, adult sized bed bugs started crawling on the beds and that’s when I PANICKED. I reported this straight to concierge who looked very scared (almost like he’s seen this happen at the hotel before) they quickly moved me to another room on the last night. When I reported this incident to the hotel, they profusely apologized and offered me a full refund. But they did not want to compensate me for luggage I had to replace from the contamination OR the cleaning fees incurred as I had to disinfect everything I had while travelling. Instead, they had the absolutely gall and audacity to accuse me of bringing these bugs to the hotel myself. They later back tracked on their promise to refund me - so the matter had to be resolved with Expedia who refunded me instead. The hotel don’t know customer service or hospitality and they SHOULD NOT be allowed to operate as a business in Turkey. I’m shocked they have so many good reviews, it was awful!! Bed linens were dirty, had hair balls on them. The showers had mold on them.. bed bug faeces on the headboard..GROSS

Overall, very nice hotel in perfect location and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and happy to help when needed. The room was very clean other than the floors and when the rooms were made up each day, the cleaners didn’t clean the bathrooms. The only real problem we had was the rooms (pool access) are directly off the lobby area and the music is played loudly until 1am each night so you cannot sleep until that time. Turkish style breakfast had good amount of options.
