Top Mt. Mihara/Gairinzan Observation Deck Hotel Reviews
Kawana Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I didn’t know this before I book, apparently this hotel was ranked 2nd golf resort in Japan. The hotel is old but very well maintain, on site onsen is very nice, the only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant option is very little and it doesn’t really up to my liking, everything else is far from the hotel so it’s hard to go out and eat"
"This is the perfect place if you want to spend time with your pet. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. The dinner was tasty, and the drinks were good. Our dogs enjoyed the time.
The only negative is that you need to be aware that, despite being a dog hotel, the hotel adds a fee at checkout that Expedia doesn't mention anything about."
"The hotel is located in a peaceful area overlooking the ocean. The living room and bedrooms are very spacious, and kitchen is well equipped. Parking is very easy, would highly recommend for traveling with a car."
"The hotel has beautiful scenery and a very relaxing atmosphere. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. There was a small issue with my reservation, but the team patiently assisted me and resolved everything smoothly.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. While the facilities are a little dated, they are very well maintained. The hot spring was fantastic and incredibly relaxing after a long day.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again in the future."
"I was worried because I missed my train and was stranded in the area. I booked and got to the hotel after 10pm but the staff were welcoming and understanding. I really appreciated them! Slept very well!"
