"Great hotel and location, excellent fire pit, pool, jacuzzi & bar. Only thing the walls are paper thin, you hear everything. They provide ear plugs. Highly recommended hotel."

"Beware, the front desk isn't staffed around the clock. I got a call a little before 9:00pm asking where I was, that was kind of odd. Once I got to the property a few minutes later to check in I realized why they called me, it's because they wanted to go home. The person helping was extremely friendly and courteous. They gave us our key cards and then the headed out the door, got in their car and took off. We walked up to our room and the keys didn't open the door. We went back to the front desk and called the number on the flyer for "entry/key problems" and the person I spoke to was horrible, very rude. They said they were sending someone to help, at 10:00pm no one had arrived so I left and stayed somewhere else. The property should revise the "entry/key problem" protocol so guests are taken care of quickly. It wasn't my fault the key didn't work."

"It looks like maintenance is in need of a lot. So many dings in moldings, doors and furniture in room. Internet not working, could not use tv. Directions on how to use tv referred to a button to use on the remote to connect to tv, but no button by that name was on the remote. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was filthy. The paint job in the hallway ( dark blue) showed large drips on to door molding which was a lighter color. Will not stay there again."
